Shipping & Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after being placed. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, and orders are not processed on weekends. Orders are not shipped the same day they are placed. Once your order has shipped, please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. Shipping time begins only after your order has been processed and received by USPS—not at the time of purchase. For expedited shipping (including 2-day shipping), delivery time begins once the package has shipped. Please note that expedited shipping is not guaranteed, and any delivery issues should be addressed directly with USPS. All orders over $40 require a signature upon delivery. If a package is returned due to missed delivery or failure to pick up from your local post office, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Proof of delivery is provided by USPS upon successful delivery.
International & Canadian Orders
For our Canadian customers, please note that customs processing times are beyond our control. Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days and delivered 1–2 days after clearing customs. For all international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not set or collected by Empress Organics, and we are unable to reimburse or cover these costs. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing. If an international package is returned, shipping costs are non-refundable, and reshipping will require an additional shipping fee. For all international customers if your package is assessed for duty and/or taxes by the Customs/Border Patrol in your country you are responsible for picking up, paying fees and clearing your package. Fees has nothing to do with us and we will not refund or pay them. For further questions about fees contact Customs/Border Patrol in the country you reside. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. If your international package is returned you will not be refunded for shipping, if you wish to have your package reshipped you will have to pay the shipping cost again.
Appointments & Cancellations
All yoni steam and body sculpting appointments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide proper notice, including no-call/no-show appointments, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No refunds will be issued for missed or late-canceled appointments, but you may reschedule for a future date with proper notice.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
